Pictures of completed pieces are always sent to the buyer for final approval prior to shipping. Any issues with completed pieces must be communicated to me prior to shipping. Due to the unique nature of each piece, in addition to the cost of materials and labor involved in each piece, once they are shipped returns are not accepted.
Please note: I cannot be responsible for items damaged through the shipping process. I wrap and package paintings very carefully. However, if it arrives in damaged condition you must take the issue up with your local postal service.
